Leaders who are Committed!
Why is it that when we are building a business we are always tempted by the people with BIG downlines or the people that have a slick presentation?
I always question these people to be my business partners.
I have seen it happen. They bring alot of people into the business and you put all of your eggs in one basket and forget about the other people in your business who are absolute Leaders!
You are tempted to put all of your energy into these people! Your other business partners are raising their hand and saying what about me?
You have Diamonds in the rough and also Leaders that have hung in there thick and thin.
They may bring into the business three people a week or 4 or 5 a month and are consistently sharing the message.
They support the people they bring in and Guess what they are in for the Long Run!
I would much rather have these people in my business because guess what?
When the next Best "Thing" comes along the polished, slick, and the ones with the Big downlines will jump ship.
You have not been paying attention to your True Leaders that are there for the Long Run!
Think about it.
The Next time you are tempted and that drool comes down your mouth, please make sure you look at the bigger picture. Pay attention to all of your Leaders and give and share your attention, efforts, support, and time!
Lets see what you are made of as time goes by!
And who is in for the long run and COMMITTED!
